LARGE TWO TIER ASSEMBLY FLOOR COMPLETED

CSI have recently completed a 2000m2 two tier for use by a national retail engineering distributor.

The floor has been designed to accommodate both storage and machine assembly / production and as such, has benefited from the inclusion of One Hour fire protection, tower staircase enclosure and two storey external staircase with concrete slab and steel security doors in building fabric - all by CSI!

You may have noticed that CSI often now provide prices for fire protection even when your enquiry doesn't ask for it.  Quite often this is simply a speculative quote "just in case", whereas in certain circumstances, we might see a floor which is clearly for office or assembly use and in these cases we expect that fire rating may be a requirement.

Don't forget that CSI do not buy their fire protection in from a package provider - we do it ourselves and our rates are very competitive when fire rating our own floors!
