Hopefully your money is safe and everyone's ability to keep trading during the slowdown is still not in question.

CSI recognise that we all have to work harder, adopt more inventive ways of competing, and be prepared to accept reduced profits on occasion, whilst the level of business is falling.

We have scrutinized our input prices and identified savings that can be achieved with no loss of quality - we are also marking jobs up at more market sensitive levels so our competitiveness should be very good - keep sending the enquiries in and give us good  quality feedback - we are sensitive to your comments!

Visits

Obviously, we are happy when afforded the opportunity to get out and visit you or invite you to drop in to CSI for a chat and a cuppa when time allows - Anybody who would like to meet up with us is encouraged to let us know in order that we can agree dates, times and venues - again just ask and we will be happy to oblige.

Training Visits

Starting in December (with luck) we will be offering you the opportunity to come to CSI's premises for a half day session with a view to sharpening/updating your skills and understanding of mezzanine floors.

We will try to steer our efforts away from teaching you to suck eggs and give you something worthwhile to work with - watch this space.(Anybody who knows their way around 'PowerPoint' is welcome to contact Graham with advice - starting with how to turn a computer on!!)
