Happy New Year to all of our clients - here's hoping that 2008 provides us all with many opportunities to continue generating worthwhile business opportunities and satisfied customers!

New Costing Programme

As you know, at CSI we have always prepared our quotes by hand - this has allowed us to put a little thought into our individual costings, however where "options" are available for consideration, time pressures have often precluded us from directing much further effort toward investigating alternative "ways and means" - our price has therefore reflected CSI's traditional "take" upon your basic requirements, with some element of "over engineering" on occasion (compared to certain competitors).

We are now near to completing a new costing programme which we have developed ourselves - the anticipation is that we will be able to achieve faster turnaround times and provide tighter prices, however initially, we will continue to check the prices "by hand" until we are 100% happy that the computerised results are "clean".

We expect to have the new system up and running within the next 8 - 10 weeks and whilst you will not notice any difference in the format of our quotes, we hope that speedier turnarounds and even tighter prices filter through within a short period from our going live!

More Of The Same!

Other than our move into the 21st century as far as quoting goes, CSI have no plans to upset this particular apple cart by changing things either in the office, the factory, or on site (much!)

Following receipt and correlation of the questionnaires which accompanied our last newsletter, it seems clear that you like what we do and how we do it - we simply need to continue along the same path whilst trying to sharpen up our pricing policy.

CSI will continue to look after its trade clients and we will maintain our position as regards our hands on approach to your business - we remain happy to consider all propositions and opportunities and we wish all of you continued good fortune and success,allied to an ever stronger relationship with CSI.
