CSI have achieved ISO 9001 - 2000 quality standard and are now accredited! We have a detailed procedures and quality manual which will now determine the processes and manner in which we carry out the various elements of our job. We hope that achieving and integrating this standard we will quickly become even better able to handle your work efficiently and effectively!

Yet again…
Increased Capacity

Having achieved another "best ever" year during the period 2006-07, the directors have purchased another overhead crane and taken on another factory operative in order that we can confidently encourage even more business on board during 2007-2008. The crane should be in place by mid June whilst our new fabricator starts on 23rd April.

Production & Quality Manager

Andy Davies our former Works Manager has been promoted to the new role of Production & Quality (Factory) Manager. We anticipate that by creating this role, we will be able to integrate the contracts office and factory more seamlessly - an important consideration given our proposed increase in business levels over the coming year! Ian Hollinshead has become Works Manager - we will not burden him in any way with the admin element of the role so his concentration will be directed solely at the physical production aspect.

As always, we want to reiterate that we want your enquiries - only by putting our figures to your proposals can we develop new business! We appreciate (as do our competitors - no doubt) that you all have your favourite suppliers, however this need not preclude you from adding an extra string to your bow.

Ideally we would like a handful of new clients each of whom can place around £10K-£50K per year of business with us. This isn't a huge task and shouldn't frighten anybody given the figures. Please feel free to give CSI a try!
