CSI News
November December 2006
Visit our new web site csi-interiors.com and take a look at our "modus operandi" along with photos, summaries of our services and contact details.
All of our newsletters appear on the site complete with the various photos therein - you may like to re-acquaint yourselves with past topics or request further information on certain products - in any case we hope you like it!!
Christmas 2006
In previous years, CSI have given gifts to its clients .However we have often felt uneasy in this respect - many of you are discouraged from taking gifts, whilst others may regard this as a suggestion of "future obligation" on the part of CSI.
We have decided not to continue with this practice but to make a charitable donation instead, and since Graham is a fellow of the RSA they will be the beneficiaries this year.
By the way, the RSA annual awards dinner held at the banqueting house last May in the presence of HRH the Duke of Edinburgh and many celebrities, was a great success and a very enjoyable evening - Graham will almost certainly "buy" another table at the 2007 dinner on behalf of CSI so watch this space - you may get an invitation as some of you did in 2006!
Current Capacity …
We are currently looking to take on more business and want to hear from new clients!
As previously stated, we don't charge for quoting - nor do we try to place you under any obligation having provided a quote!
- We have our own manufacturing premises - come and see us if you don't believe us!
- We carry out our own surveys, do our own designs, drawings and calculations!
- We buy in our own partition, ceiling and fire rating materials and fit them ourselves!
- We are geared up to service the Trade - don't be shy, give us a shot!
Corporate Membership…
….of The Guild of Builders and Contractors was achieved by CSI in September 2006, and whilst the Guild is a self administering body with no (as yet) legal "clout", we think that our membership provides some evidence of CSI's commitment to transparency and honesty in the way that we do business!
The "GOBAC" web site provides information to the client to allow them to register a complaint in the event that an issue exists with the member, as well as outlining clearly its aims and objectives. CSI obviously don't want any such issues to exist, however we are prepared to offer ourselves up to third party scrutiny and intervention in an ongoing effort to maintain our good reputation and keep our eye on the ball!
And Finally …
…that's almost it for 2006 - all that remains is to wish all of CSI's clients (new and old) a very happy Christmas and a prosperous 2007 and to reiterate our interest in doing whatever we can in order that we can move forward and enjoy continued mutual success!
Very best wishes from the Staff and Directors of CSI!
