CSI News March 2006

Hello everybody - we hope that the first quarter of 2006 sees you all enjoying good health and decent business levels!

As you probably realise, CSI have been particularly busy of late - however other than one or two minor delays which have seen us having to "juggle" more than the usual number of balls, we would hope that we have coped well and proved that our ability to put £650K through both the office and works in a 10 week period is now a matter of record as opposed to mere boastful speculation!

Anyway, having done it once, we now have a far better appreciation of what we can genuinely handle and the good news is that since none of the lads in the works or the office have started to show signs of cracking under the stress, we are now looking to maintain this level of throughput in the long term!

Furthermore, we still have the option of "buying in" some fabrication as and when it may be necessary - the Directors remain happy to travel down this road when our works are choc-a-bloc if this is what it takes to look after our clients - please keep the enquiries coming in!

Lets do a Deal......

Our pricing policy will be maintained on the same basis as always - we will provide accurate, low prices given the correct information (see our recent "Skate or Skate?" flyer).

We appreciate however, that CSI remain only one of many manufacturers supplying the TRADE ONLY customer and that competition exists where price and service are concerned.
We will always look at our price or delivery schedule if a contract is ready to be placed - whilst we may not be able to help 100% of the time, we will always try, so please give us a call when the need arises - we want your business and are prepared to continue demonstrating your importance to us by aiming to offer a more complete service than our competitors!
